TF2's First Freecycle. What does that mean?

It means you join this group to either GIVE AWAY or RECEIVE items from other players in the group. Simple as.

Big no-nos:

Do not pester the admins. Do this and you'll get kicked from the group straight away.

Don't scam. If we find out you'll be kicked and banned from the group.

You should:

Put in the comments items you need or are giving away. Useful for people to see that way.

Don't scam people. Mainly as I don't want people bawwing to the admins over lost items or non-craftables.
