Spah HUD's?
As a person who pretty much only plays spy, I've been searching for quite awhile now to find decent hud's that relate to my play style,
I want the cloak meter to be big,
I want it so I can clearly see what I'm disguised at.
I want it so I can easyily read the font, since that would help me quickly read the medic's ubercharge percentage and the damage numbers clearly.
After doing some researching I managed to find two HUD's inside the garm3n_hud_v142 pack there both really good hud's that work when playing spy.

The first one is 7mf

And the second one is VIP_KTC

If you play Spy on any different hud's please tell me, I'm always willing to change.

I suggest using the eve. HUd, its pretty concise, with a large cloak meter, and it shows the enemy health in ;larger numbers

I haven't tried many, but I really like G-Mang HUD[code.google.com], it has a nice big cloak bar.

I use a combination of PV, community, flame, toasty, thwartski, and eve HUD. And modified upon that to my liking :3. You can download it off my steam profile, but some elements (namely the HUD crosshair) might be misaligned as I am unable to test it at resolutions above 1280x960. For screenshots... either try it out or poke around my in-game screenies.

Also, I recommend learning to make/modify HUDs. 'Cause, you know, the best UI is the one you created for yourself. It is something I took principle on, and I must say I'm very satisfied.

Really like PVHud. I modified it so that the font is a little smaller.

OMP is my personal favorite. Got a huge cloak meter, fairly simple and doesn't take away or really add to the game. Tis wonderful.

knhud run with cl_minmode 1.
fov_desired 90, viewmodel_fov 110.
fast weapon switch, autoreload.
no viewmodels for gun, flashing crosshair.

let revolver spy commence!

Dat Homestuck reference.

PVHud is fine to me. It's clear, the invisibility bar is fine, and the damages too. I'm used to it, and in my opinion, changing it too much is not good, it's like the sensitivity. You need to find something who fits you and stick with it, to gain experience of it.

I use version of OMPhud which I modified myself...
I just removed shadows, changed few colors and id things as such. I main spy and I sticked to this hud the longest, if somebody is intrested I can give you download link for my verson...
