Search Function and Item Names Not Working.

Ok. Thanks for your help.
Sometimes with the TF2 backpack page loads, the search and quality filters don't work, and when I hover my mouse over an item's image, the name and description of the item doesn't show up. I use Google Chrome, and I don't know if its a problem with the settings and whatnot on my computer or something with the site. Is there any fix for this?

It should be noted that refreshing the page tends to fix the problem, but sometimes it doesn't. So the real question here is "Is there a permanent fix for this problem?"
