Item icons replaced by question marks.
Tried in more than one browser but all my items are now just big white question marks with the text "Origin:" appearing when you hover the mouse over one.

This can be caused by erroneous empty schema updates or an update in progress, I'll be working on overhauling the update script to prevent this from happening.

Not a bug, it seems to briefly happen during schema updates. Give it a minute or two and it'll self-fix.

It fixes itself, I just took a look at the schema cache and everything is loaded fine - and there has been no 3rd-party intervention.
