Abridged Rules
These are the most important points from the rules:
  1. In tournament games you have to use a nickname registered on the tournament list.

  2. You (or your opponent - it's up to you) have to make a new topic in "Matches" subforum about your next match and the topic title should be posted like this:

    [X round] Player 1 vs. Player 2

    Example: [1 round] Maveral vs. talismanamsilat

  3. In this topic you have to reach an agreement about the exact date of this match (e.g. 2 Aug 2014, 20:00 CET/CEST). If you won't be able to reach an agreement, a Cup Supervisor may force the match to be played as he sees fit.

  4. Every player has 1 wildcard that can only be used BEFORE the match date.

  5. All matches must be played using the following server settings:

    • 2 Players
    • Timeout: 30 Seconds
    • The Reaper Expansion: On*
    • The Frostmarch Expansion: On*
    • Random Characters: On
    • Runestones: Off
    • Race to the Crown: On
    • No Grim Reaper: Off (this means he is in the game!)
    • Talisman Bloodbath: Off
    • Character Selection: On

    *Games without specific DLC's are allowed only if both players don't own them.

  6. 15 minutes before starting a match, both players have to notify supervisors in the match topic on the tournament forum that they are ready. Simple "I'm ready" is good enough.

  7. All players must take a screenshots in the particular phases of every game:


  8. The results and screenshots must be submitted by the WINNING player in the match topic within 48 hours. If not, the game is considered a defloss.

  9. The defeated player must confirm the result on the forum. If he won’t do that, his next match will be considered as defloss.

Remember all players are expected to know the rules; not knowing them is not a valid excuse for not following them. Ignorance is —not— bliss. Knowledge is power.
