If you think you have proficient evidence and reason to ask for a certain staff/player should have a consequence because of something they did, here is the template to follow.

Who was witness/victim to it? Everybody richer then him on the server
Date and time? 9:30AM on Sunday
What did said staff/player do? Held a great Tacky-Coin robbery due to having none
What commands/words were used in the offence? The gag, tie-up, robbery and get-away on horse command.
Additional evidence? I managed to screenshot the crime in action
