Due to a strain in the general userbase of this group and people constantly giving me flak about the stupidest of ♥♥♥♥, we are shutting down this group 3 weeks before the scheduled date. This move was planned for March, but we're doing it now.

Before I give the URL, we're gonna have a chat. Have a seat.

First and foremost, our protocol. I know in Super Versus, we used a cache of apps for our single purpose. Well, in the new group, that is different. We will be making NFBA and a to-be-decided version of MAME ::MANDATORY:: requirements for attending our events. "Why MAME, you ask?" Simple. The new group will be doing arcade games as a whole, instead of fighters. This means ♥♥♥♥ like Puzzle Fighter, NeoGeo Cup, The Simpsons, TMNT, etc. ♥♥♥♥, we'll prolly do NFL Blitz if it works right. NFBA will be our main app, and MAME will be used for games that NFBA does not support. The majority of our activities will use the P2PK netplay client, MAME and NFBA both. For those instances that neither can host, we will have a solution for that too.

And not everything we do will be tournament-minded. Co-op get-togethers for beat-em-ups will happen too. We will be using Kaillera Emulinker servers for 3+ player games and host issues until further notice. Kaillera isn't as laggy as it used to be, y'know :)

Again, NFBA and MAME are mandatory required applications. If you just want to do fighting games, NFBA alone will suffice.

Yeah. The ♥♥♥♥ that made supercade unusable seems to have been fixed, so now we can use this thing.

Sorry, just a multitude of ♥♥♥♥ happened tonight that was beyond anyone's control.

Since Damdai sold out and changed 2df for the worse, we can't use our normal tourney platform anymore. Supercade is just plain unusable. So, with that said, we are switching to Neo FinalBurn Alpha. This works very well, BUT it requires IP sharing. None of you ♥♥♥♥ are going to hack each other. This ain't 1996. So get the rompack and NFBA from the group profile link.
