Exactly what Tink is saying would be my approach. Use windows game mode to automatically record your game so you grab the last 5 or 10 minuts and save that. I have already recorded him making racist remarks and kicking me at the last wave for no reason and retry spamming the game to enforce other people to go with his ransom demands.

A good way to start would be to go through the comments on his profile. plenty of people to invite there. Anyone can comment and plenty have.

My suggestion is if you run into Herald11 and he starts his crap, get evidence. Record your game footage, take screenshots of the conversion from console where applicable. Always make sure you do a status in the console first and record/screeny that, as it will show his steam ID. If we can gather enough evidence of his behaviour I am happy to compile it all and take a more direct approach to Steam, rather than just another profile report that they won't act on.
