Valve update has been patched. CSS - TF2 - DODS etc...

Recently valve released an update which caused all Windows Source server based games like CSS - TF2 - DODS to fail from starting.

This issue has now been resolved by Valve with a new update fix patch - please be patient while this new update is made to your server.
