MatchActively is a paid function now. Free PublicListing barely gets me any incoming trades, looks like there too little people want to pay for it. STM is way more useful for that.

Use archi and it will auto trade for you.

Now it's a paid feature. More precisely, others can send exchange offers, but you can't in the free version.
