I really think that the most missing feature from Steam Music is the ability of listening to your purchased soundtracks via streaming, without needing to download the files.

The download files ability should be kept, but even the latest Nintendo music app allows to listen to their music via streaming. Sometimes, you just want to quickly listen to one song from your mobile.
