I got my three sons in the new family feature, they got the privilege to use chat and voice chat (parental control setting turned on).

But one of them won't get permission in the chat UI, mic is red. But I am able to both call him and he hears me in the chat.

They are using the same computer, we have tested it at another location and with other computers, same issue...

side note, he is the middle child, so the age would not cause a default "lock" when his younger brother have access to the mic...
