Description:
Yesterday, I attempted to set up Family Sharing with my friend. I am the family creator. After sending the family invitation to my friend, he accepted it on the Steam client. However, a prompt appeared stating that he needed to accept the request on the Steam app. After he accepted the request on the app, it still shows on my end that he hasn't joined my family, and his status remains as pending.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a family and send a Family Sharing invitation to a friend.
Have the friend accept the invitation on the Steam client.
Observe the prompt requiring acceptance on the Steam app.
Have the friend accept the invitation on the Steam app.
Check the invitation status on the family creator's account.
Expected Result:
The friend's status should update to "Joined" in the Family Sharing settings.

Actual Result:
The friend's status remains as "Pending" despite accepting the invitation on both the Steam client and the Steam app.

Additional Information:
This issue prevents the proper setup of Family Sharing. Assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
