Is it possible to reduce an adult if they act up?

sending to many requests etc im not sure how the cooldowns work yet

kicking users to give you a hard time etc.. not saying i would allow those people but you might have those people in your groups

You are supposed to be living with them. If they're randomly kicking other family members, just tell them to stop. They're your FAMILY after all.

No. Only way would be to kick them from the family and reinvite them as a "child" account.
Being reinvited to the same family has no cooldown.
