Resource optimization - Some skins will be deleted

Howdy folks :happymeat:

Nothing new to report, currently more advanced skinning is unavailable without disabling steam file verification which is kinda iffy.

But on another note we decided that we will start streamlining the service so that we don't need to pay so much to host it (out of our own pockets, mind you :meatytears:)

Starting October 1st 2020

Skins that have been created over 1 year ago, and that have 0 stars will be deleted from the site.

This is a one-time purge, as we have a lot of test and unlisted skins made by users who were just playing around with the site. Skins that have at least 1 star or were made after October 2019 will be left alone.

If you made a skin a long time ago that you'd like to keep, you can simply log on and "edit" your skin a little bit, so that it's saved. Otherwise just download the rmskin file.

Skins made by people who donated to the site will also be left alone.

Not to sound like I'm whining but... when I go to "edit" the logos I set up is gone. Same for the other ones.
