no notifications on android
Steam Chat App stopped sending notifications of new messages on my Android device.

I checked that I wasn't logged somewhere else. I have tried reinstalling, relogin, clearing cache, etc. I checked that notifications were enabled and they are. I changed battery settings to make it "unrestricted battery use" (battery restrictions cause this issue sometimes). Nothing helped.

My device is a Samsung S20 FE, Android 13 (One UI 5.1).
