Ideas
▲Beach- Maybe have a dock or something we could put a boat vender there.

▲Buildings- Lots of places like Shops, Warehouses, Government Buildings(Mayors Office, PD, maybe a SWAT Head Quarters), apartments, and just houses.

▲Make sure the map looks nice. Static Servers probably won't accept a map that isn't well refined.

Anyways I think that its cool your willing to do so <3 -James

exactly what the guy above said about beaches
but make it semi large and add a few private islands that can be bought as well as a second large island that can be a sort of thug area where all crime is legal
(by all crime is legal i mean mug/raid/kidnap NOT RDM)

even if static doesnt use a map like this send me a link and i will contact a few friends so they can edit their servers with it!
