[REQUEST]Military/Police Skins
I've been asking around but so far I can't find anyone who can help me. Can anyone make me a mod for changing most of the random characters/story characters to Soldiers(Army Camo)/Cops for singleplayer? I'd really appreciate it.

I've got a modified apocalyptic biker that uses the swat outfit and mucks it up, if that's close enough :)
