Team Fortress 2 Starhub Pickup games

Players on the Starhub servers who are looking for pickup games on servers #7 & #8.

This group will attempt to keep track of pickup games that are about to happen or is happening.

Notifications will be sent out whenever there is a pickup game starting or if a scrim in progress.

**Once 12 people are inside the server, and both teams are filled with 6 players. Players will spectate. Last two to spectate will become a Medic captain and play the class.**
