First off, we're not a clan.

I thought I'd make this group for people from St.Albans Hertfordshire to meet, talk and most importantly; play games!

We award player of the week every monday to acknowledge one person that has put in an impressive gaming hours total.

You don't have to be from St.Albans to join this group but you should be from St.Albans to use the [STA] tag, this way we can be more familiar with each other.

And remember, [STA] Gamers are not a clan, we're a family :)

New Moderators

To all STA Gamers,

As you may have noticed, this group page has been quite inactive for a while now...

So to help bring back the glory days, I will be introducing new moderators to the group page. Hopefully with more active gamers in charge, we will see more events, annoucements and perhaps even, things that are so amazing and excting, I cannot possibly begin to imagine them!

Steam for Mac is finally getting a move on and we're should be seeing some multiplayer games coming out soon (l4d and tf2 we hope). With nothing but 4 months of freedom from courses going on this summer i think we have a few plans for maybe building a new server out of my old piece of crap computer so thats something to look foward to over the next few months.

With a whole new platform for steam being released now no one in STA has an excuse for not being a member.

Hi. I'm based in London Colney. Had steam for years but didn't know there was a local group. Anyway, keen to make some online friends to play games with.
