We are a private group formed by someone who has no experience running a group of people nor has any real set prerequisite for members other than simply knowing each other in the shared educational program.

Any member can invite an associate who they personally know and trust. Inviting anyone who does not fall into that category will result in the member being scolded with no real punishment since we don't really have many options.
