Look, I like the idea you guys go with, and how much Nyan and Faith go through to pull the server up continuously, but I believe it be best I leave the group, as I have no real plans on contributing to the server, much less joining it in it's unstable state. Potential Payment Methods: Money (Obviously), Weapons, and potentially augments, Or anything worth alot. i.e. An apartment with a good view, or a pair of descent clothing. (Those are just off the top of my head. Basically payment can be anything as long as has value to it.)

We all know there will be jobs where the police will need to do the dirty work. However there is a high chance it will tarnish their reputation as the PD. However if there was a group of highly trained, and organized individuals who were willing to do the governments dirty work for them, for a descent price at any rate, that would help keep the PD on "good terms" with the public. I am talking about Mercenaries, individuals who are mainly neutral and work for the highest bidder. Carrying out anything from being a body guard for a government ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, to taking up assassination attempts. They can work either faction whether that is the Government or a Gang. They are highly trained and skilled individuals who will get the job done no matter the risk or cause....as long as they get paid up front. The Mercs can be deployed as a form of Special Operations outfit for the Government if need be.

A Somewhat Non-♥♥♥♥♥♥ Idea: We get ourselves a guy who works as a political-entertainment broadcaster at a radiostation whos main purpose is to basically trying to keep the people of the city calm and happy but also reports events in the city (Protests, Riots, Debates, Speeches) and can probably invite certain activist and government officials for interviews and there ideas on the societies current well being, it could help with bringing passive RP and keeping people up to date on what's going on around them in there lives and possibly fire them up to do drastic actions due to what they hear or just tune in to enjoy the music of the broadcast.

Some Ideas: Welfare Checks. Maybe two, three times a day (depending on population) a city ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flags up, and distributes welfare checks. Maybe $150 dollars a check, enough to buy some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ food and drink. May promote mugging RP, passive RP, and may lead to some business at some shops.
Citizen Jobs. These can range from a city inspector (makes sure things are up to code, such as shops, resturaunts, ect.) to a garbage man. Collects garbage, pretty obvious. Can be given through City Officials, and leads to a paycheck, depending on the job.

Fight Club (Don't Talk About It). Basically, a rumble arena. Citizens can enroll in it, and events can range from fighting to the death, to the first KO. Winner gets a set amount of cash. Onlookers can wage bets. Can promote betting RP, and action RP. Vendors can sell drinks, ect.
City Blackout. The generator malfunction. A blackout ensues. The only light source comes from the Unity Tower, and who knows what may develop from the darkness...
