Join me in carving away the bacon of yesteryear into the clean lean ham of tomorrow.

What do I do?

At least 100 reps of an ab exersize, per day, for 2 weeks. Flutter kicks, sit ups, crunches, v-ups, supine bicycle, planks, leg lifts, whatever floats your boat.
Abs are ok to work every day, but nothing wrong with switching up the exercise. Break the 100 into smaller amounts if 100 reps is difficult for you- don't give up!
Try to annoy someone you know into doing this with you to keep each other accountable.
Check in here or on the Teamspeak to gloat and guilt.
