creative Admin rules/guidelines:

#1: No using godmode or vanish to kill players that arnt hacking
#2: Dont use any admin commands to give yourself an advantage in PvP
#3: As with everyone else no swear or bypassing the swear filter
#4: No using banned items in PvP or raids
#5: Be respectful to all players
#6: Dont teleport to players or players to you without their permission
#7: No TP or TPA killing players
#8: Only ban for hacks if you are 100% sure they are hacking
#9: Only use /tp for investigating players or tp'ing to someone asking for help
#10: /warn player "reason in quotes" to warn ppl breaking rules and such
