Alright guys, I think 10 members is enough... we have to freeze recruitment untill we get our acts together. Its hard to formulate strategies when someone new pops in every now and then. For now, freeze the recruitment, untill further notice.

Looks like we have a fair amount of things to pick up guys. First off, no more -Sniper maps. We have been religiously avoiding getting awp-whored but if we scrim, we have no choice. This also changes alot of our strategies. Starting from today, we will avoid -Sniper maps. We need to formulate counter-awping strategies.

And some of you may have noticed, in the scrim, the rounds were shorter and the bomb timer was quicker.. this forces our team to be more time-efficient... also Friendly Fire was enabled. We will tackle these changes in due time.

For now, we will start with awp servers. And please, get some mic. In the scrim, only me and teal'c had mic. That is one major disadvantage against an organized team.

I would like to add some observations and suggestions:

- If there aren't any objections, i would like to set up a TeamSpeak Server, prolly running on my spare notebook. This will allow us to communicate even when w're dead. It also helps a bit since we dont need to hold down the 'k' communicate button when in game which might throw our aim or timing off.

- As a requirement, if you are going to scrim/war, you must have a mic. If you dont, i suggest you get a el'cheapo one. They retail for 15-30 bucks.

- We require at least 1 PRO-AWPER in our team. We all come from a non-sniper background, and this plays heavily against us. We need to come up with tatics and strategies in over-coming an awper, which as Daniel suggests, means we should not play on -sniper pub servers no longer.

- If you guys have any other suggestions or comments, just edit this annoucement.

P.S. Don't get to upset over the loss. Infact i thought we did well at the start (first 5 rounds) we did alrite, b4 the awper poked his gun out. We just need practice. Anubis, i think for now, you're our designated awper (if anyone doesn't have any objections).

Gents,

Since we are planning on taking SG-1 beyond pub-server godliness, we need to gear-up properly. Which means, try to get yourselves some decent mics ASAP. This is cruicial when we are at war with another clan. Since SG-1 is still fresh, our main focus is to hone in our skills and team-work.

And last but not the least.. always remind yourselves.. we are here to have FUN!

So gear-up ladies (Carter: Yess! thats me!)... lets show them what SG-1 is all about!
