With an central block which consumes Energy :D it would be nice if it even can defend you against Metorites, Blocks, Projectiles and so on but can go threw voxels so you can land your ship on a planet.

The shield should consume energy the whole time but much more if it gets damaged. It would be really nice if you can change the radius with an increased energy consumption. And upgrade-slots like the "Energy Shields" mod has. It should have "shieldpoints" so it can be overloaded and goes down.

Even if blocks shouldn't get threw it shouldn't harm the ship you placed it on.
