[S - Retractable Wings] Update for DX11?

Is there any chance of getting this mod updated to DX11? It's an awesome aesthetic feature that I'd love to use on one (or more) of my builds.

And is it possible to create an angled (45-degree) version of this? ( http://i.imgur.com/2Yqhs2o.png ) That'd also be amazingly awesome.
