As someone who casually play TF2 and watching Youtube videos, i kinda like them both despite their flaws

However, i have recently tried to talk about some subject that i think should matter: the future of TF2 and Youtube Heroes.

I think personally that YH is a very risky idea: i really want to help all the french players to understand my favorites videos and flag all the content stealers to help the creators grows

Of course, i'am might be one of the few who have this mindset but i genuinely want to contribute to make TF2 and Youtube a better place for everyone.

On the TF2 side, i wholly agree that Valve should give TF2 to the community: this game has been out for nearly 10 years. They are running out of ideas: EVERYBODY has encountered this problem

Feel free to comment and if you manage to have one of the TF2 Youtuber as your friend: pls, thx him for me because this game had a huge impact on my life

Be nice to F2P

As a F2P myself, i have bought Team Fortress 2 back after the Uber Update and have over 4850h on TF2. I have to admit since MyM, the lack of effective matchmaking( read putting people of similar skill/rank together in a match) made me rage against the F2P and the newcomers to this games

But i think #NotAll F2P are unlikeable: we have the noob AND the newbies.

So my advice is too let them check the Youtube channels of our wonderful community to help them with tutorials

Teemo The Scientist for Pyro

King Raja for Demoknight and maybe Demoman or Travingel
Rydercycle for Heavies
Uncle Dane for Engineers

ArraySeven for Medic
Some Youtuber who is a main sniper ?(Snow ?)
Mr Paladin for spies

DISCLAIMER: This isn't a attack on anyone of the Youtubers i mention, this is me just expressing my opinion

TF2 is probably the game that had a incredible impact on my life: as someone who doesn't really like company, i can assure you that when i start to play this game since 2012 , i never was so much happy. This amazing game, the team element and the friendly/awesome community really kept me in and i will never spit on Team Fortress 2. Majors props for ArraySeven, Rydercycle and Uncle for their tutorials to help me play my mains more effectively and even Nate Fox to help me to be a better bushman

However, after the "controversial" Meet Your Match update, i have noted some TF2 Drama: b4nny is the only one that Valve listen, Robtheawsm is a manipulative, self-serving ♥♥♥♥♥♥, Delfy is a sellout who promote exploits etc etc... My opinion on that ?

From what i saw on Youtube, "Action speak louder than words": b4nny is just a competitive TF2 players and maybe it's Valve fault to try to keep TF2 alive by attracting competitive players ? Robthe awsm is ♥♥♥♥♥♥: no ♥♥♥♥ sherlock, and what about you ? Delfy is promoting exploits ? Last time i check, reaction channels still exist..Youtube is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ place

So to all the (TF2) Youtuber, i'am just a "hardcore" TF2 player (4854h) who simply wants to learn a bit more from the game : i don't know you personally but i'am juding only on your content. You are maybe a nice guy or a prick but this isn't a major issue for me

One of the few pros of the Meet Your Match update is that Community servers are now the only alternative for the Casual and Competitive Modes

I have proposed that the community should create their own pubs since they seem to want them back

However, i only know a few (Skial, Saigns, Oreon) and i'm not really into this kind of servers

So i have decided to make this thread were you can post some really interesting Community "Pubs" so TF2 can regain it's former glory

Remember m8, we still have the community servers: they are completely in your hands

MAKE PUBS GREAT AGAIN !!!

Team Fortress 2 traverse des heures sombres ces temps-ci: la Controverse TF2 vs Overwatch, le 9 anniversaire qui approche à grands pas, la mise à jour Meet Your Match et son éxecution atroce.

Je voudrais participer à son renouveau en traduisant toutes les vidéos et les convertir en guides

Team Fortress 2 est une légende du jeu vidéo, il n'est pas dit qu'elle devrait sombrer dans l'oubli si facilement !!
