AFK Immunity Changes.

Due to the high number of [Regulars] we've gotten now, AFK immunity will be disabled to ALL players only when there's more than 30 players connected in the server.

I've fixed some issues and unlocked the server. *Please note that if the server crashes oftenly again, I have no choice but to re-locked the server once again.
