Government X war Nov 2023
Background
The Government built a village on the Rustafied US Long III server for their wipe in November 2023. An opposing clan had supposedly expanded their base into "their own mini-village" in response to the Government's prescence. The opposing villages weren't particularly close in proximity, as the Gov's village was built in the north-north-west, and the small clan's village was east-northeast, but toward the end of the wipe it was noted that the number of active groups had decreased, so they may have been two of the last active clans, and then battled eachother.

The bombing of X7
Government members describe the conflict - the two groups exchanged words, and relations became increasingly aggressive on 29th November, involving a battle at the small clan's base. A screenshot posted in the Government Discord server pointed out a Gov raid base, and also pointed out the target base with a note labelling it as "X7" and adding that it had been "bombed."

The Government had 10 members in their voice channel. They encountered a turret when trying to build a raid base, but got the raid base up and used "297+ rockets" against the target base. The Gov "blew a hole into their base in the first hour" which reportedly turned into a battleground after some loot was raided.

There were 2 main defenders, but 3 more players were bagged on the defending side, and then counter-raiders arrived (which were said to be friends of the defenders), with one of the counter-raiders having a VAC ban, and there was some mention of suspicious gameplay.

The defender supposedly said that they had "four bunkers" of which the attackers "only got to one". Government claims were that "a box of rifle bodies" and "a lot of boom" including "a huge amount of sulfur" was captured, which was used to craft more rockets. A general also noted the impact of the rockets used, saying that: "one-hundred rockets would put a hole in the side of any base. Two-hundred really makes you hurt. But it was the third-hundred that really made them stop fighting back in any effective way."

The raid base was hit by an MLRS strike, which sounds like part of the story a Gov member lated shared: "The best was the two mlrs strikes they did on the raid base then dmb says "♥♥♥♥ this" and goes to abandon milatary, kills the guy that was lauching, then sends an mlrs at their base."

The fighting was said to have lasted "5 hours if not longer". The total number of rockets was speculated to be around 400, as the supplier of the boom had brought "297 rockets", and noted that "other people [also] brought rockets", adding that "more rockets got made [out of the captured boom]", so a total of "400 [rockets] isn't out of the question."

The bombing of X8
The next day (30th November) the Government planned an additional raid, stating (internally) that "we took out their main last night now we take the village." The plan was to use 2 boats and "hundreds of rockets" which involved around 10 members.

The raid started after a 40 minute delay, using two boats and a camper van. The original raid base had been griefed, but the Gov built (or took control of) two more raid bases by the end of this second battle. A Gov member noted that "they tried raiding both our raid bases but we sealed all 4 times".

There were around "eight" defenders; a trio attempted to counter-raid using a tug, but were repelled. The Gov "pummeled another [of] the big bases in [the] X8 village" with 230 rockets, which "lasted like 7 hours". The Gov captured "more than an inventory of GP and cooked sulfur".
