As the Government prepared for the upcoming November 2023 wipe, the Vice President built a 3x3 community base on the Rustafied US Long III server on 29th October 2023 as a Gov member was told that the blueprints wouldn't wipe.

Research was conducted at the community base, with some members finding decayed bases which contained items that could potentially be sold for scrap which could be used for research. But then on 31st Oct, the server was confirmed (from one or two more sources) to be wiping blueprints, which would have wasted the research efforts.

Not all members had attempted research, and the hard wipe would atleast give the Government a level playing field in the upcoming (fresh) arms race. Strangely, atleast one member said on wipe day that research did carry over.
