The Government community base for the November 2023 wipe was built on the Rustafied US Long III server within 24 hours of the server having been wiped (the wipe took place 2nd Nov).

Access was given to the villagers by use of codelocked doors. The building appeared to have an automatic circuit for heaters and lighting, powered by a medium battery. The ground floor was highly useful to the group, while the upper floor gave a sense of culture.

The ground floor of the base featured a large loot room that contained:

• Mixing table
  
• Research table
  
• Small furnaces
  
• Storage boxes
  
• Vending machine
  
• Wanted posters
  
• Workbenches

The workbenches had been finished less than 2 hours into the wipe, and the wanted posters were a new feature to the game. There were atleast 5 small furnaces. The vending machine offered teas.

A ladder (later replaced by a triangle ladder hatch) led to the upper floor, which was also a large room, featuring a series of glass windows, sofa, barbecue, and a fridge.
