The Government has routinely built community bases on the first day of each of their monthly wipes, often using unique designs. Members generally focus on helping to construct the community base and ensure that it has a level 3 workbench, which takes around 2 hours, before then turning to their own objectives, such as building their own bases nearby, which turns into a village.

One Gov community base design featured a walled compound that protected a series of 3 small buildings, which each catered to a rank group (generals, officers, and grunts) by each structure having a separate door code which was only shared with that rank group.

Another design is known as El Cheapo which dates back to when the group was called Secret Clan. The first 100 raids against the series of Gov community bases were tracked, with only 2 of the raids "reaching TC".

On rare occasions there have been cases of theft in Gov community bases.
