Dedicated box is down. We are aware of it and I am trying to contact the provider

I was testing Minecraft again on the dedicated box since some have been complaining of lag on mine. Our box crashed and now I am waiting for a call back from our server provider. We are aware the box is down and there is nothing we can do till the server is restarted.
