If you ever use mods for a server, make it a mod pack/Collection and make a new article linking it.

My suggestion is that for the group (or the website) there should be a post for a Staff Application template so it doesn't take 10 million hours to set and find out everything

Do you mean this? http://thekillzone.net/smf/index.php?topic=67.0application%20format

Because it's available on the topic board where you make your applications and at the top of the page as "All applications must follow the Application Format"
