You are allowed to do Giveaways or Raffles with entry fees in the discussions!

Rules of Raffling or Giveaways!

Post Them in Discussions.
Name the discussion - Giveaway / Raffle [item] [if a raffle - entry fee]
Raffler or Giveaway guy must record him choosing the winner via Random.org & giving the item to him.
The item you are giving away MUST be traded through Steam Trade.
It can be a GTA 5 Shark Card.
After you post the video of you choosing the winner you MUST post the winner's nick in the Comments of your raffle with the youtube vid link & the winner has 96 hrs to claim his winnings.
If the winner doesnt claim his winnings you MUST choose another winner via Random.org & post it on youtube.
The Raffle / Giveaway post in discussions MUST include - Your Steam Trade offer link, Your youtube chanel link, What your raffling / giving away, Entry Fee, Slot count.
You must create a table of slots via Steam Text formating.
If Some1 Scamms you in a raffle or anywhere post a discussion about it and lets report the guy!
