Update: Reworked teams scramble, added extend map option and removed arena_suijin
-Scramble of the teams now triggers after 3 rounds winstreak in a row instead of based on votes.
-Added extend current map option in voting window when map time ends.
-Sadly we have to say goodbye to arena_suijin for now because it's slow download and we can't fix it these days.
