This will only take a few minutes of your time and might make the difference in persuading Valve to get the Stat Reset Feature out there ASAP:
Just Open TF2,
Click Report Bug,
Under Report Type,
Choose Feature Request/Suggestion,
Under Title, write: Reset Stats Feature/ Global Stats Reset
Under Description, Briefly explain the Reset Stats feature and if you want, the reason why you want to be able to reset your stats. (We would suggest mentioning bugs)

I would also recommend suggesting a global feature, which resets BOTH achievements and stats, just in case Valve has problems doing only a stat reset because of achievement difficulties
