Welcome to RERP

Resident Evil Roleplay: Outbreak is a community of seasoned Garry's Mod roleplayers. We're developing a schema for the Helix Base designed to recreate the survival horror aspects of early Resident Evil titles and merge them into the 'serious roleplaying' community. The game will include a crafting system, loot spawning areas, several key factions, dynamic weather patterns, large amounts of custom items, and a faithful recreation of our original work under the [zH] clan title. We'll regularly post updates here and would love input from prospective players as to features they'd like to see included.

Hello everyone,

This project has been slowing down a bit, but is still being actively developed. I intend on fixing the NPC collision issues here shortly, which is the main setback. As many of you probably know, finding a way to house 100+ npcs in a map that already pushes boundaries is not an easy task. This issue is taking quite a bit of time, but I intend on finding a solution to this later in the week.

Items to complete prior to public testing include:

Completion of the RERP User Manual (Including adding more information about factions and classes, their roles, as well as detailed descriptions and faction specific rules.)
Optimization of the NPC system
(Re)placement of loot nodes
Crafting optimization + 3 new craftable items
Static NPC Vendor Updates
Particle errors causing artifacting with particular npcs
Updating the GUI to include text updates pertaining to RERP

As soon as I'm able to get it stable and ready for testing, I'll create a new announcement here. I will try to also document progress here in an attempt to keep everyone informed.
