Basically, optimism for the group among leadership has diminished and we've decided to fold. If you'd still like to play FFXIV with /v/ there are several other groups around on Steam, but the only one I know offhand (and the largest) is AethyrNet (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/AethyrNet)--which from what I've seen a lot of you are already members of, anyway. Sorry about this whole sudden turn of events. We're not giving up on the game itself, just feel like trying to build an LS isn't the best course of action. Take care dudes.

I'm from AethyrNet and I was going to ask today which server this group was going to play on for Open Beta so we could try and meet up seeing as we are both from /v/. If Rage XIV is throwing in the towel though, feel free to join the AethyrNet group if you're not already in it. The Steam chat is usually active with about 10-15 people so join in and say Hi~

Disappointed though this group is giving up. :<
