Raffle held once a week!

There are always hats, stranges, or vintages cluttering up inventory space. What better way to clear up space than a nice raffle?

 This was clearly a great idea- you cannot afford a hat- but, you DO have a scrap! Why not use it for a good chance of getting a valuable hat?
Items that are raffled off will cost 1 scrap for a "ticket", provided their value is under 1.66 refined.
The raffle will be held in three quick and easy stages - a random number generator will narrow the contestants down in 2 rounds, the last being the winner.
The raffle will be canceled if there are less than 10 people participating. 

Invite many of your friends! Who knows, you might be rewarded if you get enough people to join.
