An example of being kind is helping someone move a heavy thing across the town without expecting to gain anything from it. An example of being unkind is writing a 3-page essay about some guy's comment because you want to impress somebody who you assume is a girl.

I've been acting immature and impulsive lately, starting fights and saying rude things. I decided to stop it right here and now.
