Medics now have slightly higher health regeneration when healing a hurt patient
During setup time, ÜberCharge build rate is now increased by 3x
Healing a player with [crossbow bolts] now grants a small amount of ÜberCharge

Axe was crap for a while, and degreaser is only slightly less viable. If you don't airblast or rely on afterburn it's really whatever. Makes stock and phlog more viable in the end.
