So I've been thinking about us as a team and I believe that scrims are great to have and really benifit us in the long run, but what do we do on the days we can't get a scrim going? do we just forget about practicing all together and just go back to whatever it is we were doing before? I think not, this is where I've had an Idea.

Why don't we have an inhouse scrim with another members, we could do 4v4 and 1 spec or with everyone and our subs do a 6v6 or 7v7, it could be like a pug, last two 2 spec are medics and have to pick the teams... I find that it's a fair and fun way of practicing, and I'm not saying we should do this every day, or every week, but just those days where we don't get a scrim but still want to practice.

I also want to start up a weekly MVM thing... or maybe fortnightly... I'd like to organize one soon, I don't mind the day, only as long as everyones free.

Anyway, that's all that's been on my mind recently, if you guys are up for it then we'll plan something someday...
