Due to files being corrupted I was unable to locate files that was broken.. I was at business trip not being able to access my computer so I apologize for the downtime ....Ill find a way to make it up to you guys Im Sorry

Able to sell weed in much higher price

Able to refine ores in much higher price

Police can now scan for weed farming/meth farming anything drug related

Added a debugging system for the server for now to find out whats causing the lags
