I like windows 7 the best.

I primarily run Linux Debian (stable branch) for school work, coding, and the small amount of PC gaming I do. I use Cinnamon as my desktop environment and LightDM as my display manager. I'll also end up enabling i386 architecture for 32-bit applications such as Skype and (most importantly and obviously) Steam. :)

Funtoo Linux (like Gentoo).

Debian Linux (Although Windows is good for gaming)

Windows at this moment in time, although I will most likely be moving to Fedora Linux or Arch Linux.

I've just started using Linux Mint and I really like it. Simple to use for Linux noobs like me. :steamhappy:

I think you'll really like it! It's like Windows 7, but smoother. It seems like all Linux distros run smoother. Even the mouse movement feels different. Lol

:P, I just need to make sure I don't stuff up my disks while doing it. Link me to any good videos?

I just use the Windows disk management tool to shrink the Windows partition, and when you install Mint, it will automatically use up all the empty space you made. :steamhappy: It's really simple. Go to the "Search Windows" bar and type "disk management." Open up "Create and format disk partitions." Right click the Windows partition (for me it's "Windows (C:)". Press shrink volume and put in the ammount of space you want to take away from Windows (keep in mind that it's in MEGABYTES). 1024 MB for every GB and you're all set.
