Preparing

Before killing Chavez diff = 0.00. Theres no assault spawns. It possible to peacefully grab and secure all loot.

After entering the building it is possible to cut off some side scripts (about the deal) by going upstairs through 2 gangsters. It's saves about 20 seconds.

Chavez hiding behind one of wooden closed doors without cage. When player come closer to the door, gangster will kick out door from the inside.


Defending

No need to hurry after opening panic room to place all saws. Need to place 3 saws and defend it with 0.25 diff. After 3 saws done, need to set last saw.

It is possible to use gangsters as the first line of defence. For this purpose need in beginning to kill less as possible gangsters, during finding Chavez. After killing Chavez cops will arrive, and gangsters will start fight with them. For example, in OD cops have 40 hp and gangsters have 480 hp. And with 0.25 diff this gangsters is higher threat to the police.

The last saw need to place in panic room, near bathroom, because it most safest saw of all.

Cops won't break saws.

Sniper Event

Event starts after Bile says "Ok, I'm in the area, ..." or "All right, I'm close now...". After one of this phrases first event's sniper will spawn. After first spawn all subsequent spawns happens with cooldown 12-15 seconds.

Event has solid number of snipers depending on difficulty. For N+H/VH+OVK/MH+DW+OD is 7/10/15.

All across the roof present 15 sniper point locations. During the event, max number of
simultaneous snipers = solid number of snipers. During the event, if one sniper was killed, additional snipers won't spawn.

Snipers spawns one by one with in between 12-15 seconds. On Death Wish need to wait ~4 minutes, when all 15 event snipers will spawn. No point to camp at the roof, because enemies spawn locations all over the roof. Much safer to go downstairs and wait whole time in drug deal room.


Moving

From safe place it possible to move from cops in 2 different ways. First way is go to up to the wooden stairs inside the house. The second way is to iron ladder outside the house. To determine, which way to use, need to check, from which side more cops present. And decide to go where concentration of enemies is less.

The iron floor of iron ladder is bulletproof. Through this floor is possible to check movement of lower or upper enemies on iron ladder.

Street side of building have additional iron ladder from 3rd floor to roof. This ladder is possible to use like alternative way when need to plant C4. But before going to street side ladder, need to take out the snipers on neighboring buildings.

At the roof, behind the main entrance, present fire ladder. This ladder spread all across the floors, and it need to use for emergency escaping from cops in any floors (except 3rd). Jumping out from the second floor of building is non lethal.

Theres two different ways to complete defending objectives.
1)Need to wait the end of assault. At the end, objective automatically complete.
2)Need to go downstairs to first floor in drug deal room. Then need to wait in this room when all assault goes down (when spawn points at the roof will be off). Then go upstairs by iron fire ladder and secure all stucked cops at roof and upper floor to roof. And snipers.

The most safiest place to connect the magnet is where was the safiest saw, near the bathroom in Panic Room.
