We are aware of the interest for Turkish localisation. It's however not an easy task. We'll see in the future if it's something we can do. In the meantime I can only suggest using community made language mods.

Afaik they were more or less put somewhere where there wasn't much else conflicting with it. If we were going for 100% historical accuracy, they probably shouldn't have been in the game to begin with. But we wanted Zoroastrians :)
