New Achievements for EUIV Perhaps?
A lot of formable nations in EU IV don't get played as much as they should. Adding new achievements for those formable nations would allow them to be played more often. I'll start off with an example, Westphalia, a formable nation that can be formed in Northwestern Germany, could perhaps get an achievement added called "The other Germany" or such. Otherwise, working to it's requirements would not be rewarding to players. Before we move on, lets move back to the Formable Nation Westphalia, it requires you to be Admin Tech level 22 (yes, you heard me, 22) so it is understandable why people would not want to play towards it. But what about the Mughals? Hindustan? those are easy ones to get to, but they don't have their own achievements (Scandinavia too, well maybe not easy to get to it but still fun). How about one popular in old history, the Netherlands. The Netherlands is easy to form if you play your cards right, but there is no reward for forming a nation that prevailed greatly among giants, yes, I'm looking at you Big blue blob (A.K.A. France). So tell me what you people think, I'm open to constructive criticism.

Exactly, the Commonwealth can be challenging or easy. There's no reason why there can't be an achievement for such a big nation by itself without expansion.
