@anon PA, but that'll only really become relevant when you can find the Black Wang server, since it'll help distinguish you from the riff-raff (or "kickables")

One thing that you might be able to do is add someone who is playing on the server right now as a friend and use the friends tab in the server browser to find the PA server.

Yes, known issus about the server not showing; Treyach/GameServers is limiting the number of servers displaying right now. No ETA (was supposed to be resolved today).

EDT/EST here, and yeah I didn't bother with the preorder since there doesn't seem to be any benefit associated with it. I'm probably going to wait a week or so after launch to hear what the buzz is like around this game, I got burned so bad on BC2.
